Perk: Rey can pick the locks of both Pokeballs and other locked devices, electric or not. He can do it with a toothpick, and can improvise the items needed to break a physical constraint.

Personality: Rey's a serious hothead. There's no joking about that statement; Rey can blow up over some seemingly trivial shit. He tends to itch for conflict and fighting, even if he doesn't know the means to resolve these battles. Unlike, say, Akane, he doesn't have a plan going into a fight, relying on point-analysis to discover strategies. And sometimes, these work. At others, he can be a little quick to jump the gun.

While he tends to treat his coworkers like untouchables until they prove they're on his level, there are a few exceptions. He treats doctors and medical staff with a lot of respect


His loyalty is questionable, as is his willingness to challenge authority and orders. Control freaks get on his nerves.

This tall, skinny dude tends to tie his grey hair in a ponytail no matter where he is.

Rey lives in a pretty crappy tenement.

The lead may've gotten to his head, because he challenges Chapped in a fist-fight, and got knocked out. Once, twice, three times...an even more errant mercenary Skarmory split that fight.
