Sibrunn Industries
This massive complex rises above the other labs with it's perfectly straight and impossibly tall concrete walls. Sibrunn was a powerhouse of research before the government shut it down, churning out "heightened" pokemon like a factory. Their motto was efficiency, and many of the smaller labs around it became subsumed into the corporation.
Inside is a complex knot of walls, corridors, conveyor belts, and titanium-alloy pipes big enough for an adult to walk down. Sibrunn's complex process produced enormous quantities of heat, and they used the pipes to move around the sheer volume of waste-water used to cool the experimentation rooms. The pipes eventually all lead to the basement, where all the water has now collected. The water is permanently tainted with harsh industrial chemicals that leak down from above, and by the shadow of the pokemon that still inhabit it. Swimming here would be hazardous in multiple different ways.
Sibrunn also dug deep into the ground, making their way into a cave system. Here they conducted experiments away from the eyes of the surface. The caves are filled with futuristic contraption and devices meant to twist and manipulate fundamental particles. The original mine-shaft was purposefully destroyed a long time ago, but there's rumor that the caustic waters of the basement have eroded a new path.

I like the flavor on this, and I definitely have a few ways this setting can be used.
Battles on the bridge would make great theming. ^^

Sweet! I just posted another one too, and am fleshing out my ideas for a third. That's probably all the labs I'll come up with for a while.
