BOOM. Akane winced at the incredulous display of power. Dusky, more amazed than not, gave only a muffled "thanks" to the doorbusters. So, abandoning a prior approach, Dusky removed her pins, then took the opportunity to roll down the walls, and barrel down the halls. She would stop at nothing, not even the Porygon, to move further on her own. If they wanted to bottleneck her to the basement, she would more than willingly move around the ground floor. Based on the influx of Shadow Energy, it may have been a case of delirium.
Admittedly, the broken names, yet clear architecture, creeped Dusky out.
As rain fell, Akane moved behind an awning. Eyeliner drooped from her face like freshly laid paint. The weather would kill her passive approach, and chances are the Pokemon already disassembled the device. So she gave in, like she gave in attempting to analyze Davy's speech pattern. Instead, she turned and gave a quick response: "This your first time around here?" Akane wasn't so adventurous, and kept distant from her cohort's mission. Akane rose her collar to guard her face; ineffectual against the elements, but surely defensive against other kinds of marks. The polygonal Pokemon may have threatened that guise. The anchor was just far too out of place to seem as security-folding than the computer code, and the following phrase sealed it. "Hold on, before you do that." A bit of walking back. "Who sent you?" She spoke to the Porygon with a neutral tone for then, not quite demanding. She'd seen quite a few new Pokemon, lately - based on the dour teeth, she wasn't keen to the suggestion.
She released her Seaking, not willing to be the only armed individual on the field. Doug just kind of looked forward, not sure what his master called him out for. The Porygon seemed fine.
For then, at least.

Nuuras became worried when she saw the approaching porygon. She didn't know what they were scanning for, but there was just about no database they could check, no fact they could analyze, that wouldn't compromise her position. One easy way to solve this was with brute force, but they'd have to be lucky to take down every porygon before they were scanned. Even if they succeeded, it would still look desperately suspicion. No, this would have to be subtle. They seemed robotic in nature, perhaps they could be fooled.
Mere seconds after the porygon began approaching, Nuuras glanced back at Lash. He understood, and forced himself to get it together. Stepping out from behind the others, Lash approached the porygon, disguised as a cipher scientist he had fought in years past.
"Stand down, they're with me. New test subjects, of course, so I expect you to make new entries for them."
Nuuras and Kleus shuffled behind the Zoroark. The captain's cold demeanor was wearing away a bit under the pressure; her eyes ever so slightly furrowed with worry. The ploy stood a great chance of backfiring completely, depending on the capabilities of the porygon. The sky crackled with thunder, as if another bolt from the heavens could crash down again. Unfortunately, the porygon were still inside, protected from the inclement weather. Nuuras did a double take, Theodore hadn't budged, and was just standing to the side. He was ready to be scanned, like an idiot.
From his perspective, the beheeyem was fine. As far as he was concerned, his credentials should still hold. Perhaps the porygon would even resolve this whole misunderstanding, and he'd finally get to leave. Regardless, part of him was tempted to start disabling their scanning abilities, if he could do so to help Nuuras.
Davy, who was still with Akane, suddenly became shy. He faded away to the point that he was almost invisible, and sank partway into the ground. With any luck, the scanners of the pokemon wouldn't be able to pick him up.

The group continued through through the narrow corridor. With so many people going inside, Dia and her cohorts were closing out the column, as they went through. Fighting in this place was going to be a chore, and any numerical supremacy they have was reduced by the constraints of tight spaces. So, Dia was alright with these people going first, even if their motivations were suspicious.
But soon, they were faced with yet another obstacle. Despite the fact the labs had to be evacuated, some of the old security personnel remained, it seemed. Several Porygon appeared and started scanning everyone, literally everyone. Blade tensed up, forming a long blade on his forearm, but did not attack, as the gardevoir rested a hand on his shoulder. She did not say anything, and watched as the disguised pokemon attempted to bluff his way through the line of Porygon. These were security for the laboratories... Dia has seen them before, but never knew what they were capable of or seen them in action... Still, trying to bluff through a computer was a fool's errant. They needed access codes of some kind. Closing her eyes, she established a telepathic link to the disguised Zoroark. Soon, inside his mind, he would hear a voice:
"You will need an authorization code. Try this one: A... 3... 5... 2... Omega... 12... 7."
It was her code during imprisonment, which allowed her limited movement around the facility. Perhaps the porygon would still have the old list of employees somewhere in its memory to recognize it. If anything, Dia thought it was worth a shot, rather than betting on an image of some random Cipher employee without having any additional information to back it up. Machines weren't gullible, they were thorough.
Very thorough.

"Well, isn't this an interesting place."
The sarcasm dripped heavily from the Weavile's tone, as the group trudged in through the lab. And though some might have been straightforward in just getting deeper through the lab, the Weavile took a glance in an office or two, seeing the entire place's derelict state. Brute even lifted up a desk or two, just in case there was any loose papers left deep underneath the desks. But even this potential gold-mine was nowhere to be seen. Well, as with the rest of the group, there seemed to be nowhere to go except towards that far staircase -
"Hm?"
Oh, now wasn't this a treat? A welcoming party! At the sight of the Porygon, Glacia stepped back, shooting a harsh glare at the polygonal Pokemon. They split off, one for each 'person' in each group, and that also meant one for each the Weavile and the Beartic...
In an interesting effort, a disguised Zoroark was the first to approach the Porygon, and immediately addressed the several programmed Pokemon. And as Lash was the closest, he was the first to be scanned: a green light pulsed out, tracing Lash from the top of his head to his feet. Perhaps surprisingly, the other Porygon stayed in wait, as if almost considering his request.
But to that bold-faced lie, the Porygon's eyes pulsed red. "Unidentified. Please present identification card." And there would be no wait on the rest: the Porygon floated forth, Kleus and Nuuras being brushed over with similar light:
"Unidentified. Relincanth. Shadow potential, low."
"Unidentified. Dragagle. Shadow potential, low." And similarly, provided there wasn't an immediate attack on the machines as they presented themselves, this ominous scanning would take place on the rest of the non-shadow Pokemon... though they still didn't take any aggression. Perhaps they were still sizing up the situation?
The first one to get a different reaction was the first and closest shadow approached: Dia. And though she had been planning to give her code to Lash, the Porygon was already close enough to the Gardevoir to pick up on the code. And rather than the traditional scan, a processing whir buzzed from the Pokemon... and after a moment, its eyes flipped, giving a positive expression on its display: "^_^"
"Welcome, subject D-874! It has been nine years, 284 days since your last check-in. Please proceed to lab 37 for reprocessing."
It seemed the codes weren't quite necessary, as despite Dia's own treatment, Blade was scanned as normal. But this time, the response was rather neutral: "Error. This is not your post. Please leave and return to your position."
And as for the Beheeyem, well, perhaps he would have been a better bluff than Lash: with one scan over, the Porygon tilted its head. "Identity confirmed. Inquiry: are these subjects here for shadow processing?"
And last but not least, well... there was the one actual, active Cipher member among them, and she seemed the one who least wanted to be scanned. But the Porygon didn't 'wait' or 'hold on', even floating forward as Akane tried to walk away. Unless she went with a full-on sprint, the scanning would proceed as normal, and its words would echo out, giving the same please expression they gave Dia:
"Welcome, Madam Suzukaze!" Surely, that would draw an eye! "Processing request... we are security for the lower level. Only authorized personnel and test subjects are allowed further. Inquiry, shall we subdue the rest?"
And as for our ice pair here, well, Glacia was having none of this: though the green light shined over her, a small puff of blizzard sent ice particles into the air, between herself, the Beartic, and the machines, causing the scanners to refract and bend. Over and over, the Porygon simply repeated:
"Error. Please remain still for scanning. Error. Please remain still for scanning. Error..."
"Lovely... guess we should just try and sneak past..." Well, she would, if the others weren't going through the same process. Nuuras' group, as a whole, got uninteresting responses, though Theodore's caused her to raise a brow. Dia's and Blade's also stuck out, but a mere look around them proved the shadow aura flaring up. Almost all shadows had a connection with Cipher to some extent, so these log readings weren't completely out there...
... But then there was Akane. And hearing that Porygon's damning reading, her own aura flared up. "The hell... the hell?!" She shot a glare, voice sharp: "Hey, what's the deal! You trying to f*** us over, you Cipher ****?" Her words were sharp, claw drawn... and behind her, a Porygon settled its sights, right on her back, its beak pulsing white.
The Beartic stepped in just in time, the white beam of Tri Attack landing squarely on the larger Pokemon's back! "Graugh!"
"Tch!" Glacia stepped back, squaring her stance against the two Porygon around them.
And the Porygon repeated its request to Akane:
"Shall we subdue the rest?"

On one end, Dusky hitched a walk next to the Beheyeem and the Zoroark scientist, acting submissively at his side. Any glare from the Zoroark would be met with a bowed head.
---
In front of the Porygon, awkwardly smiling outside from the facilities' inner workings, Akane painfully hummed. Part rain, but for the most part, from not expecting an identity to follow. She turned into her cell phone-
Cell phone. After a game too many of Watch Dogs, an idea sprung from the ashes of her revealed real surname.
"Hey. Let a hacker do her job, and you won't need to fight so much." She hadn't even needed to lie about her position; there was a fair amount of programming that went into these projects. But on the flipside, the programmer that set these things would be given a harsh talking-to. If lucky, a soothing bath in some hydrochloric acid. Threatening to terminate a member, on a plan they had no knowledge of, would be their problem and not hers. There was simply no way to account for the rapid and explosive attention the area got, in so short a time. A quieter command would hopefully allow the operation some closure: "Defensive stance; only if attacked first."
As Akane's newfound job as a rebellious hacker took route, she vocalized one command: "Now. Allow unrestricted Pokemon entry to this facility." If the Porygon listened, this should help the researchers or whoever get what they wanted: Pokemon entry. If necessary, would be added with a silent smile "Text to speech." Once clear, the woman would gesture to the Weavile: "There, work is done." She pat an attentive Doug on the back, the silly Seaking not sure which direction to turn. "Watch my back for others. Ok?" Doug responded, though Akane had her doubts on whether Doug understood what a Cipher operative even was.
The other command would be delivered by text: "Auto-Flash after thirty-seconds of entry to a new room. Send those who linger longer than 5 minutes to [AUTO-REDACTED]." A trip a few meters from there should conceal any Cipher work from academics. The Weavile could be as savage as it damn well pleased. Pirates, too, as could the Beartic. But those that actually wanted knowledge on the device could deal with her bosses first-hand, or the manager of whoever came up with this device.
Even the Charizard detainer had a limit to her self-sacrifice.

Nuuras was relieved. She made a note to thank Kyogre as soon as she made it back to her ship. The porygon revealed absolutely nothing, except for the lack of shadow among her crew. Yes, of course that's what they would be scanning for. She had gotten herself paranoid about nothing. Now that the dragalge was assured that the uneasy alliance was safe, she took note of the various other happenings.
It was fortunate that the human had some skill with computers. The porygon seemed to recognize her as some kind of authority. For now, it rendered the zoroark's facade redundant, but it still might be useful to keep it up. You never knew when circumstances might change. However, the lack of an identification card made a long shot even longer.
"Keep going, Dr. Kepler," She murmured to Lash.
Kepler was the name attached to the face that Lash was wearing. Hopefully they'd be able to confuse or stall long enough for a loophole. The zoroark patted his pocket, acting like he forgot something.
"The authorization code is A.3.5.2.Omega.12.7, the physical copy is unavailable at the moment".
Nuuras was pleasantly surprised that Lash had already gotten a code. He must have seen something she missed.
Meanwhile, Theodore was still handling things his own way. He was taken aback by the porygon asking him something as if he was an authority. It seemed like they were programmed to only recognize shadows or previous staff and subjects. When was he ever... oh yes, he remembered, there were a couple months that he was brought in as a consultant. It was a bit eerie that they kept him on record this entire time.
"Um... Welll... ahh..." he stammered.
He wondered, if he said yes, would all of his problems just be sent away by this small army of porygon? Kleus had to nudge him a bit.
"No! No they are not here for shadow processing. Of course not," he succumbed, "Like Ms. Suzukaze said, everyone gets free entry."

Well, it seemed that each part of the group had their own responses to the Porygon, some far more eventful than others. Glacia and Brute had already set off a bad tone to start with, both holding a stance and squared off against their respective observer. "Son of a..."
Still, it seemed like that first attack was simply a 'warning shot', one that left a stiff pile of singed fur on the Beartic's back. Right now, both figured it would be best to bide their time - heck, Glacia still wanted to get her claws around Akane, keeping her position right in the corner of her eye!
'Dr. Kepler's' disguise wouldn't hold that well, though. On giving the same access code as Dia, an error sound resonated outward. "Improper passcode... you have one attempt remaining."
As for Akane's attempt, though, the Porygon gave a long 'whirr', and it was simple to surmise why: their programming did not allow unrestricted access to the facility, and Akane's direct request suggested that the cybernetic Pokemon break protocol. Then again, that command could be read two ways: to allow "unrestricted" "Pokemon entry", or to allow "unrestricted Pokemon" "entry". The first interpretation - likely Akane's preferred one - was tossed out as illogical, and the second one caused a confirming beep in their heads.
"My, of course, Miss Suzukaze!" They didn't have records: if these entrants weren't unrestricted, then they were test subjects. And this conclusion would turn what could possibly be seen as a moment of relief, into a moment where a network of sparking Porygon sprung to life! The several Porygon around Nuuras' group, as well as Glacia and Brute, let out similar commands:
"Please proceed forward for processing!"
"... And that's where we say no." This was fine, by the Weavile's standards: right as her 'observer' let out that command, a bluish aura surrounded her claw: with a single swing, conjured spears of ice would be flung forth with an Icicle Crash, the Beartic's own attack swinging forth! One of their two Porygon were strick, staggering in the air as the other moved above, charging and letting forth an electrical blast downwards! As the Weavile swung out of the way, an empty desk burnt into cinder!
"Its a free-for-all!" Just as she said this, though, the Porygon as a whole began to float back, towards the entrance to the building, the entire group of them blocking the path out! And, from the depths of the lab, six more would float at the entrance to the staircase... alright, now this was looking more dire:
From both sides, an array of thunderbolts and thunder wave would strike and radiate throughout the room: individual targets weren't selected. Rather, they seemed intent on just electrocuting and subduing them all at once, with sheer numbers!
